1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Muejam Studio / Ghaymah Systems.

You must have legal capacity under applicable laws to enter into this agreement. Creating an account or using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. YouTube Direct Publishing & Third-Party Platform Terms

2.1 Explicit User Consent & Authorization:

Muejam Studio provides direct publishing functionality to YouTube. This feature operates exclusively upon explicit user initiation: no video is ever published automatically. You must authorize your channel, set video metadata (title, description, tags, and privacy status: private/unlisted/public), and affirmatively confirm publication.

2.2 Content Ownership & User Responsibility:

Content Ownership: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights in all media, scripts, and video renders generated or uploaded through Muejam Studio.
User Responsibility & Indemnity: You warrant that you have all legal rights, licenses, and clearances necessary for all content elements (audio, video, text, images) published via your connected channel. You assume sole legal liability for any copyright infringement or regulatory violations resulting from your uploaded content.

2.3 Mandatory Compliance with Platform Terms:

By utilizing the YouTube publishing integration within Muejam Studio, you explicitly agree to be bound by:

2.4 Disconnection & Revocation:

You may disconnect your channel at any time within the Studio or revoke authorization via your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Disconnection does not delete or alter previously uploaded videos on YouTube, which remain entirely under your management in YouTube Studio.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibition of generating or publishing content inciting violence, hatred, terror, or unlawful discrimination.
Prohibition of impersonation, fraudulent synthetic media, or malicious deepfakes intended to deceive or harass.
Prohibition of attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent platform rate limits and security controls.
Prohibition of publishing materials that infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis or credit-based tiers. Fees are payable in advance through certified payment gateways.

Refund Policy: Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the plan's audio synthesis or video export quota has been utilized. Submit requests to support@muejam.com with your invoice number.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the competent courts of Egypt.
